WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU GET A MASSAGE,
COVID-19 CHANGES
We will be following and implementing all health and safety protocols to protect everyone as we begin reopen and welcome you back on June 8, 2020.
We will continue with following all previous health and safety standards as before but with the addition of some extra things.

You will be contacted 1-Day prior to your appointment to be asked a few pre-screening questions.

When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your vehicle for a phone call to be allowed access into the building. This is to ensure safe distancing. You will be given instruction on which doors to use to access the building.
Only clients will be allowed access to the building.
If you have any questions or concerns,please let us know prior to the appointment or during one of the scheduled phone calls.

We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment. If you do not have one or forget, we will provide you a surgical grade mask at an additional charge.

When you come into the building, I will be there to meet you and ask you to use the hand sanitizer provided to sanitize your hands. I will ask a few screening questions and get you to sign a consent form. Bring your own pen if you wish, pens are available that have be cleaned and sanitized properly.

Insurance and health information can be gathered prior to your scheduled appointment, which will be discussed during your pre-screening phone call.

Use of gloves during your massage will also be discussed during your pre-screening phone call.

Payment can be made via debit, credit or etransfer.
Invoice and next appointment will be sent via email.

I will be wearing extra safety equipment during your appointment which includes but isn't limited to:
Lab coat, face shield/googles, face mask and gloves.

We will also be using additional cleaners during this time and allowing extra time between appointments for all areas to be disinfected.

At this current time Intra-Oral treatment will not be available.
I apologize in advance to clients directly affected by this.

Bathrooms will be closed for use at this time.

Hand Sanitizer will be available at multiple locations during your visit, including upon entry/exit, outside and inside the treatment room.

Remember to Stay 6 feet apart.
